Where do you ship?

We ship Boundary products to every country in the world and have fulfillment centers globally so we can achieve this with minimal shipping timelines!

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for orders over $350 USD. Otherwise, we offer geographical rates to anywhere in the world. You may add items to your cart and view your shipping options and final costs before checkout.

*Please note the shipping fee and tax/VT are charged upon checkout, additional fees may apply at delivery depending on geographic location and country laws.

What Happens if i receive fees after my package arrives?

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

If item(s) are available and in stock, all orders will ship within 24 - 48 hrs of being placed. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be sent the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and email with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow one to two days to begin tracking your package.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may go ahead and return the item(s) within 90 days in its original condition for a full refund, minus shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back, including any fees that may apply.

For Exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

How do i make a return or exchange?

After following the link, input your order number and email address and follow the instructions to submit a return request. Our team will review and respond within 24hrs regarding approval.

*Boundary is not responsible for any returned packages sent without approval or RMA#

*Unfortunately Boundary does not cover return shipping or custom fees, but we do cover outbound shipping for exchanges. Once the shipment is received back, we will email you to let you know the status.

How do i access my tracking number?

You access your tracking number via your profile on www.Boundarysupply.com or via email sent after your package has been shipped. You will not receive a tracking number until your package has shipped. If you need further assistance, please email info@boundarysupply.com

What if my package is missing items?

Please email info@boundarysupply.com and we will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours.

What if something arrived and it is broken?

Please do not try to repair your item. The first step is to send photos to warranty@boundarysupply.com and describe the issue you are experiencing. Depending on the situation, we will prescribe the correct treatment to your issue.

What is your warranty?

If any of our products ever fail as a result of defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace at Boundary’s discretion.

We guarantee everything we make for a lifetime within normal wear and tear for the original owners. If you ever experience a problem with your Boundary gear, you can email warranty@boundarysupply.com and we will address the issue within 24 - 48 hours.

We will respond back within 24 - 48 business hours with return instructions.

Where are your products made?

All Boundary products are produced in the USA, Taiwan, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, and Indonesia.

How do i clean or care for my boundary gear?

We will have a few cleaner kits availalble for Boundary products within the next month or so. These kits will be eco friendly, safe, and specific for all Boundary items. Please stay tuned!

MISCELLANEOUS

DO you offer a military or service discount?

Yes! We offer a 15% discount for members of the US military, law enforcement, and firefighters. If you would like to receive a code, please email info@boundarysupply.com with a copy of your service ID. We will generate and share a unique code good for one year as a thanks for your service!
